Some of Lumpy's deaths can be so violent and miserable that even his detractors will feel sorry for him.Pop, Disco Bear, The Mole, and Flippy are good examples of the adult Tree Friends being just as charming and lovable as the rest because of their respective quirks.Nutty may be a crazed maniac, but he's still a very adorable one at that.Lumpy, despite his unique looks, is a pretty adorable klutz.Toothy's freckles, buck teeth, and tendency to cry make him quite lovable in his own special way.Some of the most painful, sadistic deaths in the series? Check. Lifty and Shifty were voiced by Mark Giambruno until the end of season two, and are currently voiced by Kenn Navarro. ![]() Lifty & Shifty have, on occasion, made money by themselves without stealing, such as selling dogs who get crazy when they hear whistling, selling bottles of hair growth formula to Disco Bear, and selling candy and a video game console to Nutty. Their deaths also usually involve them either mashed together or sliced apart. These kleptomaniac raccoons have one of the lowest survival rates of any Happy Tree Friend. Their greed can also lead to their deaths. ![]() They have even been seen laughing when the other dies, usually resulting to the end of both. Both twins are greedy and sometimes resort to seeing their twin die rather than give up their loot or be caught. Lifty and Shifty often argue about who is to blame when a problem emerges, but when trouble is afoot, they work together. Their green color implies money and greed, relating to their "criminal duo" personalities. Despite the smirks on their faces and their kleptomania, they almost always end up perishing in the process. Shifty wears a fedora and he bosses Lifty around. They have the same gender, color, markings, bushy tails, personality and almost identical voices (Lifty's voice is slightly higher pitched). ![]() They frequently steal merchandise from the other characters, as well as hunt for treasure, ransack houses, or do anything to get rich quick. Lifty & Shifty are identical-twin green raccoon brothers.
